Ambiguous names can require extra context. A match identifies a candidate mention; it does not establish where the author lives.
The weekly read allowance is spread across seven UTC days for each candidate. Within each day, collection follows newest-first pages until the allowance or available results run out.
Check language, relevance, and timestamps again. Deduplicate candidate/post pairs within each week, with at most three accepted posts per author per candidate per week.
